Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care that brightens days
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure safety
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch support
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 1 year of experience in patient care preferred
Reliable transportation and flexibility with night shifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy
Basic clinical skills including vital signs and ADLs
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
