Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care and treatment to NICU/PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies
Evaluate patient conditions and provide life-saving interventions with advanced equipment like high flow devices and Nitric Oxide
Administer medications via nebulizers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Document care meticulously in Meditech while adapting to fast-paced, dynamic environments
Float to support adult floors with nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, and CPT when needed, making a hospital-wide impact

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2+ years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Current NICU/PICU experience preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with high flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servos, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox
Meditech documentation system experience a big plus
Critical thinking in fast-paced settings
Team player with patient care focus and adaptability
