Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate occupational therapy to empower patients in their daily lives
Develop personalized treatment plans that make real differences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess patient needs and track progress with enthusiasm
Educate patients and families to foster independence and confidence

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska
American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire
Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Ability to adapt to performance expectations and team dynamics
