Roles & Responsibilities

Apply professional judgment and clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients
Assess functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Help patients improve independence and quality of life across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
2-3 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers and EMR documentation
Ability to independently manage diverse caseloads
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
Commitment to continuous professional learning
