Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver emergency mental health services with compassion and expertise
Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to support client recovery
Offer consumer support services and community education to make a real difference
Conduct information and referral services to connect clients with vital resources
Consult on special populations including children, elderly, and those with developmental disabilities

Qualifications

Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or MHP
At least two years experience treating clients in mental health programs

Education

Masters Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university

Knowledge & Skills

Mental health therapeutic techniques
Direct client services
Knowledge of community issues impacting mental health
Strong judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision
