Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to empower patients in their daily lives
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Assist patients in regaining independence through engaging therapeutic activities
Monitor progress and celebrate milestones with those you help
Foster a positive, healing environment in every session

Qualifications

Active COTA certification and state licensure
Compassionate team player ready to make an impact
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings a plus

Education

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Strong therapeutic techniques and patient assessment skills
Excellent communication to build trust with patients and families
Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs
Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
