Location: York, Maine

Start Date: 07-27-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 3x12 hours 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend, no call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to medical-surgical patients, monitoring vital signs and administering medications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Utilize telemetry skills to monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Maine (or compact license) - must be currently active
Minimum 3 years of recent Med Surg experience required
ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required
Telemetry experience preferred
Must be fully vaccinated against flu (State of Maine mandate)

Knowledge & Skills

Med Surg nursing expertise
Telemetry monitoring
ACLS and BLS/BCLS proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork
Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
