Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform computerized tomography (CT) procedures, including invasive exams, using a Toshiba Aquilon 64-slice scanner.
Position and instruct patients to ensure accurate imaging and comfort.
Operate specialized equipment and determine appropriate technical factors for exposures.
Ensure correct marking and labeling of all films and images.
Provide safe, quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Take on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiology.
Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT.
Current BLS/BCLS certification.
At least 2 years of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
Ability to lift 40 pounds, push 150-pound stretchers, and meet physical demands of the role.

Education

Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiology

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT technology.
Proficient in patient care, customer service, and computer skills.
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities in radiology procedures.
Manual dexterity and motor skills to operate delicate equipment.
