Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their safety throughout surgery
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe operations
Provide post-operative care and support as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a CST
Active NCCT or NBSTSA certification - required
Ability to pass a background check and employment history review
Willingness to work a consistent weekday schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in aseptic technique and sterile processing
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and their uses
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
