Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
Collaborate with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary team members
Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for rehabilitation

Qualifications

Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification
Current state license or eligibility in New Hampshire
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
Knowledge of patient care documentation standards
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
