Location: Dubuque, IA

Start Date: 03-08-2026

End Date: 01-11-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Second shift, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM or 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM, with occasional call coverage, every 6th weekend, and holidays as available.

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Operate and maintain advanced ultrasound equipment
Collaborate closely with radiologists and the healthcare team
Accurately document and report findings for timely diagnosis
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency coverage

Qualifications

Active ARDMS certification required
Current BLS certification required
Experience as an Ultrasound Tech preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment
Strong understanding of human anatomy and pathology
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
