Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Empower students to achieve their highest level of independence and participation

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (preferred but not required for consideration)
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to diverse student needs

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in assessment and intervention for a variety of developmental and physical challenges
Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based therapy practices
Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
Proficient in documentation and use of related technology
