Start Date: 07-19-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (evening shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Assist with mobility, transfer, and positioning of patients
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Compassionate, patient, and reliable - we want YOU!

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of patient care principles and safety protocols
Time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
