Polysomnographer - Sleep Technologist

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Start Date: 08-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3-12 hour night shifts, no call, with weekend rotation.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform and score sleep studies on in-patients in a hospital setting
Set up and download home sleep studies for outpatients
Ensure accurate data collection and patient comfort during studies
Maintain and calibrate sleep study equipment
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality care

Qualifications

RPSGT certification required
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Previous sleep lab experience required

Education

Associate's degree in a related field required
Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in polysomnography and sleep study scoring
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
