Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in mobility and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness and independence

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
Current NJ PT licensure or ability to obtain quickly
BLS certification preferred
Passionate about helping patients regain strength and mobility

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent patient communication and motivation techniques
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments
