Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends or call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound exams to assess venous insufficiency and guide treatment plans
Conduct thermal, chemical, and foam venous ablations under ultrasound guidance for vein treatment programs
Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care
Maintain detailed patient records and equipment to uphold quality standards
Educate patients on procedures and provide compassionate support throughout their visit

Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a Vein Treatment Program
Active RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) certification
Current BLS/BCLS certification from AHA
Proficiency in complete Venous Insufficiency Exams and ablations

Knowledge & Skills

Vascular Ultrasonography
Venous Insufficiency Exams
Thermal, Chemical, and Foam Venous Ablations
BLS/BCLS
RVS or ARDMS (RVT) certification
Point Click EMR proficiency
