Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans that truly matter
Monitor patient conditions with keen attention, ensuring safety and comfort around the clock
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Foster a warm, supportive environment that feels like home for every resident

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing, ready for travel adventures
Current certifications including BLS
Experience in long-term care or rehab settings is a plus
Reliable and adaptable spirit for contract assignments

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills with a caring touch
Excellent communication to connect with patients and teams
Time management mastery for busy shifts
Problem-solving prowess in dynamic care environments
