Shift Type: Monday-Friday, flexible within 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to long-term care patients, helping them regain strength and independence
Collaborate with the therapy team to create personalized care plans that truly impact lives
Adapt treatments to meet individual patient needs in a skilled nursing facility
Support patient progress through dedicated, compassionate care every day

Qualifications

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings is a plus
Full-time availability starting as soon as possible
Passion for working with long-term care patients

Education

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy techniques
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented SNF environment
Flexibility to adjust to patient and facility needs
