Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and craft personalized treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy interventions that boost strength, mobility, and daily function
Educate patients and families on exercises, safe movements, and home adaptations
Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor progress and refine treatment plans for maximum impact
Maintain precise documentation to uphold the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in California
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred
Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities
Familiarity with adaptive equipment
Ability to thrive independently and in a team
