Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that empower patients to regain independence and joy in daily activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans that make real differences
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies to celebrate every milestone
Educate patients and families on techniques that promote long-term success and confidence
Maintain detailed records to ensure seamless care and outstanding outcomes

Qualifications

Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
Current state licensure for Maryland
BLS certification preferred
Enthusiasm for helping patients achieve meaningful life improvements

Education

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques
Excellent patient communication and empathy skills
Ability to adapt treatments to individual needs
Proficiency in documentation and care planning
