Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients in a welcoming center setting
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Advocate for patient needs ensuring dignity and comfort every step of the way
Document care accurately to support seamless continuity and positive outcomes

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Commitment to high-quality patient care with a positive attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in patient documentation and care coordination
Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare environments
