Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to improve patient lives
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized treatment plans
Assist patients in regaining independence through hands-on therapy
Document progress and adjust care to maximize outcomes
Inspire hope and mobility in every session

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials
Experience in patient-centered therapy a plus
Compassionate team player ready to make a difference

Education

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance
Current NBCOT certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy techniques
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Proficiency in documentation and care planning
Adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments
