Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch clinical services alongside providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Lead clinic operations from front desk to patient care for smooth, efficient workflows
Manage medication inventory and supplies with precision
Perform quality control checks on point-of-care tests
Document all care meticulously and complete nursing duties promptly
Oversee opening and closing of provider clinics seamlessly
Anticipate needs of providers and staff to boost efficiency and quality
Communicate effectively across departments as a key resource

Qualifications

Current full, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska (or apply before start for direct hire; active for agency)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of acute care experience preferred
Clinical Competency and High Risk Competency within 3 months

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process applied in real-world settings
Customer service principles to delight patients
Safety and infection control best practices
Expertise in assessments, anticipating needs, and specimen collection
Proficient with computers and medical equipment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving
