Roles & Responsibilities

Draw blood from patients with precision and care, ensuring accurate samples every time
Perform phlebotomy procedures efficiently to support vital medical testing
Maintain sterile environments and follow protocols to deliver top-notch patient care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

Active Phlebotomy certification
Valid state licensure where required
Experience in phlebotomy techniques and patient interaction

Education

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in venipuncture and capillary punctures
Strong patient communication and bedside manner
Attention to detail for labeling and handling specimens
Knowledge of safety standards and infection control
