Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to empower patients on their recovery journeys
Design and implement personalized treatment plans that make real differences
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess patient progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact
Educate patients and families to foster long-term wellness and independence

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
Current CPR/BLS certification
PT degree from an accredited program
Enthusiasm for rehab therapy and patient-centered care

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy techniques
Expertise in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent communication for building patient trust
Proficiency with rehab documentation and progress tracking
