Location: Silverdale, WA

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varied 8/10/12-hour shifts; on-call rotations required (6-8 call shifts per month, 30-minute response time)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in cardiac and vascular surgeries in a fast-paced CVOR setting
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
Ensure sterile field is maintained
Assist with robotic surgeries using Da Vinci XI system
Work collaboratively with charge nurses and resource nurses
Participate in on-call rotations for emergency procedures

Qualifications

Current WA state license for Surgical Tech required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience preferred
Robotics experience preferred, but willing to train
EPIC experience preferred
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of CVOR procedures and sterile technique
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
Experience with robotic surgery systems (Da Vinci)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to varied shift lengths and schedules
Time management and organization
