Roles & Responsibilities

Operate PET/CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring comfort and safety
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during procedures
Maintain strict radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) or equivalent
State of California Radiologic Technologist license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of PET/CT experience preferred, but newer grads welcome to apply
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET/CT imaging protocols and equipment
Strong understanding of radiation safety and dosage calculations
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
