Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures using state-of-the-art Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM equipment
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients throughout their exams to ensure safety and comfort
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain meticulous records and follow strict radiation safety protocols
• Adapt quickly to new equipment with comprehensive training provided

Qualifications

• Valid BLS certification required at time of submission
• Proven PET experience is a must - we need someone ready to hit the ground running
• DOT certification preferred, but if you don't have it, we'll help you get it within 90 days
• Driver's license required for distance verification (must live outside 50 miles from facility)
• No state license needed for Nuclear Medicine in Nebraska - one less thing to worry about!

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging and radiation safety practices
• Familiarity with Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM systems is a plus, but training is available
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
