Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET/CT scans with state-of-the-art Siemens equipment
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic imaging
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, performing quality control checks
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic results
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain proper documentation

Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB equivalent
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• PET experience required - we can train on specific equipment if needed
• DOT certification preferred at start but required within 90 days
• Valid driver's license required (used to verify distance from facility)
• Ability to comply with fingernail policy (no artificial nails in patient care areas)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and radiopharmaceutical handling
• Experience with Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs a plus
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
