Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray exams on patients in a Level II Trauma Center setting
• Operate MRI equipment for head and spine studies to support neurosurgeons (limited basis)
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to capture diagnostic images
• Maintain equipment and adhere to infection control protocols (note: no artificial nails allowed)
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values precision and care

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• CT certification (CT) required
• MRI certification (MR) preferred, or at least 2 years of MRI experience
• Current Nebraska state license or ability to obtain before start
• Driver's license required at submittal for radius verification (must live 50+ miles from facility)
• Travel experience is a plus – we need adaptable, flexible professionals

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in CT and X-ray imaging techniques, including OR procedures
• Ability to perform MRI for heads and spines (preferred but not required)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Comfort working independently during NOC shifts in a Level II Trauma setting
