Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 36 hours/week (3x12-hour shifts), varied days

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult medical-surgical patients
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage IV therapies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate electronic health records using Point Click EMR
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska (must be currently active)
Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience
Current BLS and BCLS certifications
Ability to work night shifts and provide holiday coverage as needed
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Med-Surg nursing expertise
Proficiency in Point Click or similar EMR systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
