Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in daily living activities
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Support patients' emotional and social well-being
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
Familiarity with infection control practices
Skill in using electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to adapt quickly to different unit environments
