Shift Type: Full Time, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Every other weekend (PM shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate timely and clearly with physicians, families, and team members about changes in resident condition
- Perform and document thorough resident assessments to guide excellent care
- Administer medications following the 5 Rights and monitor resident responses
- Provide wound care and assessments as required, ensuring healing and comfort
- Lead the floor when needed—assess situations and direct care confidently
- Assist and mentor CNAs, answering call lights and supporting daily care needs
- Maintain accurate, detailed charting and resident records
- Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to leadership promptly
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- 1+ years of related nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail—charting matters!
- Able to lead on the floor and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Wound care techniques and assessment
- Comprehensive resident assessment skills in long-term care
- Proficient charting/documentation and clinical reporting
- Patient monitoring and early recognition of changes in condition
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) environments
- Ability to report and handle allegations of abuse/neglect appropriately
- Leadership skills and experience assisting CNAs
