Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Support residents with activities of daily living to preserve dignity and independence
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work scheduled night shifts (Tuesday-Thursday)
- Comfortable performing lifting and mobility assistance in a safe manner
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in basic nursing care and activities of daily living
- Competent with taking and documenting vital signs
- Understanding of infection prevention and resident safety practices
- Good charting and documentation habits
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
- Ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts and escalate concerns appropriately
