Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care throughout your shift
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
• Support admissions, discharges and transfers with clear, accurate documentation
• Participate in unit-based quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (RN) in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• Current BLS certification; advanced certifications encouraged where applicable
• Previous clinical experience preferred; confident in delivering direct patient care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and every other weekend as required

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to the RN role
