Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents, report changes in condition, and communicate observations to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling to promote dignity and independence
- Perform routine tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting with respect and privacy
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient record to support continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control best practices
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
- Engage with residents and families to provide emotional support and enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Authorization or ability to obtain/state licensure in New Mexico as applicable
- Comfortable working scheduled night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on Tue, Wed, Thu
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic vital signs monitoring and observation skills
- Infection control and safe hygiene practices
- Accurate documentation and charting
- Effective teamwork and clear communication
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks on busy shifts
