Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts
• Assess and monitor patient status, identify changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with orders
• Document care thoroughly and clearly to support safe continuity between shifts
• Lead and support the clinical team as RN Supervisor when assigned
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current RN classification (this is an RN role)
• Comfortable filling RN Supervisor responsibilities and able to work every other weekend
• Experience working night shifts and adapting to fast-paced inpatient settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and patient advocacy skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation best practices
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff during a shift
• Familiarity with inpatient workflows, handoffs, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good time management and prioritization during busy night hours
