Shift Type: Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Day, rotating weekends)

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams, including 3-D (Hologic) imaging, to support accurate patient diagnoses
- Use Epic for charting and documentation to maintain complete, compliant patient records
- Manage a robust daily caseload (~150 exams) while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Float to different departments across the main campus as needed to support staffing and patient care
- Adhere to facility policies including vaccination guidelines and infection control standards
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and the multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Valid California Mammography License (required)
- ARRT (R) required
- BLS (required)
- ARRT (M) preferred
- Approximately 2 years of mammography experience preferred (1.5 years clinical experience noted as minimum for some competencies)
- Ability to float to different departments and adapt to varied workflows
- Comfort working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with screening and diagnostic mammography techniques, including 3-D mammography (Hologic 3D)
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic charting systems
- Strong patient communication and positioning skills
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with imaging quality control and safety protocols
- Teamwork and flexibility to support floating across units
