Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the clinical team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility and positioning to promote resident comfort
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
- Support infection prevention practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential; T-LNA accepted
- Eligible or licensed to work in New Hampshire (and Vermont if covering VT shifts)
- Comfortable working the listed schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification if required by facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs, transfers and patient hygiene
- Working knowledge of charting and documentation best practices
- Familiarity with infection control procedures and safe patient handling
- Good observational skills and ability to communicate clinical changes clearly
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced long-term care environment
