Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home exercises
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Arizona state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience in outpatient or clinical setting is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and treatment techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Empathy and patience when working with diverse patient populations
Proficiency with electronic medical records
