Shift Type: Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Optimize electronic health record systems to enhance patient care and clinical workflows
Provide training and support to clinical staff on informatics tools and best practices
Analyze clinical data to identify areas for process improvement and quality initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based informatics solutions
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
Participate in system upgrades and testing to maintain cutting-edge technology

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in clinical informatics or health IT preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Excellent training and presentation skills
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy regulations
