Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer precise radiation treatments to patients according to the radiation oncologist's prescription
Collaborate with the oncology team to ensure optimal patient care
Position patients accurately and safely using immobilization devices
Monitor patients during treatment and report any adverse reactions
Maintain detailed patient records and ensure quality assurance standards

Qualifications

Valid ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
Active state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Nebraska
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and CT simulators
Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
