Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit to critically ill patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervene as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
ICU experience strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
