End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts from 18:00 to 07:00, every other weekend required, holidays required. Scheduling by manager, block scheduling not guaranteed.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients with CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, and other med-surg telemetry conditions
Monitor telemetry strips and intervene as needed
Collaborate with charge nurses, house supervisors, and nurse educators
Coordinate care with PCTs and other team members
Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current Texas RN license in good standing
BLS certification from AHA
Ability to read telemetry strips
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience in med-surg or telemetry preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in telemetry strip interpretation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
