Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
Maintain accurate medical records using PointClickCare EMR
Support a home-like environment and foster strong teamwork

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota
BLS certification required
Experience with PointClickCare preferred
Compassionate and team-oriented attitude
Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PointClickCare
Medication administration and IV therapy (minimal)
Long-term care knowledge and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
