Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments as Nurse Manager
Provide pre-procedure and recovery care for Cath Lab patients
Support bedside procedures with moderate sedation
Enhance nursing competency and build a positive unit culture
Manage titratable drips including vasoactive drugs, heparin, and sedation
Lead a team of RNs and techs in a fast-paced critical care environment

Qualifications

At least 1 year of management experience
At least 3 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
CRRT competency preferred
Fluoro license for technical staff

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care and telemetry
Proficient in moderate sedation and titration of vasoactive drips
Knowledge of cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ability to read telemetry strips and monitor patients
Strong clinical leadership and team-building skills
