Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Ensure compliance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
Provide care for LDRP patients, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Utilize Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis, and bedside fetal monitoring systems
Administer medications and monitor maternal and fetal well-being

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience
Active Alaska RN license
BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
HS AED certification preferred
Experience with Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis, and fetal monitoring

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of LDRP nursing procedures and protocols
Proficiency in electronic medical records (Meditech)
Fetal monitoring interpretation
Medication administration via Pyxis
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
