Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-27-2026

End Date: 10-26-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac and telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, titrate medications as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage patients with conditions such as cardiac caths, EP studies, and acute on chronic conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year recent PCU/telemetry experience
Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and titrate drips
Epic experience preferred
First time travelers welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry and cardiac care
PCU level patient management
Reading and interpreting cardiac strips
Titrating cardiac drips (Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, etc.)
Effective communication and teamwork
