Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day/night rotating shifts, every other weekend, 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby patients
Circulate and scrub in the OR for cesarean sections
Administer and titrate IV drips including Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Monitor fetal heart tracings using GE Centricity EFM system
Collaborate with OB/GYN, neonatology, and surgical teams for emergencies
Triage obstetrical patients and assist with high-risk deliveries

Qualifications

Valid Oregon RN license or ability to obtain emergency license
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Minimum 1 year of L&D experience including OR circulation and scrubbing
Experience with titratable IV drips and EFM interpretation

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol administration
Knowledge of AWHONN nursing guidelines
Experience with GE Centricity fetal monitoring system
Strong communication and teamwork skills
