Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Various shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours) - specific schedule discussed in interview

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses
Operate and maintain Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 CT equipment
Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
Assist in OR procedures using C-arm as needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation standards

Qualifications

Must have CT experience (Rad Tech I or Rad Tech II with CT)
Active California state license and ARRT certification required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Fluoroscopy permit for the state of California
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech
Level II Trauma experience preferred but not required
Self-starter ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Cerner EMR system
Experience with Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 CT scanners
Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
